Minimum Specifications: The contractor shall provide services on drill weekends, which is one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday). The facility is open between the hours of 0700-1530 for lunch meals and 0600-1430 for breakfast meals (which may be one Sunday per year), with serving times of 1100-1230 for lunch and 0930-1100 for breakfast meals. Performance shall be at the base dining facility, which is in building 110 on the Iowa Air National Guard Base Des Moines, IA. The contractor shall at all times maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) when the dining facility is open. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month options.
