This is a brand-name requirement for Wilcox Aeronox NVG mounts, Wilcox Aeronox battery packs, and ERONOX interface plate adaptors, each in a quantity of 45, compatible with Ops-Core HGU-100 A/P helmets. The mounts and battery packs use specified part numbers, and the interface plate adaptors are for integrating existing NVGs with those helmets. The opportunity is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the attached SF 1449 must be completed to be considered for award. Funds are not presently available for this contract, and the Government’s obligation is contingent upon appropriated funds becoming available. No legal liability for payment arises until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer and the Contractor receives written notice of that availability.
