The contractor shall provide all personnel, uniforms, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform service as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Type of Set-Aside: This solicitation will be set aside 100% for small business. SAM Registration: All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a contract. Offerors can obtain further information on SAM via the web site at https://www.sam.gov. There is NO fee to register for this site.
