This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W50S70-22-Q-5000. 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 effective 10 August 2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20220826 (effective 26 August 2022) editions. GA CRTC has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price contract for a Laser Engraver and accessories. All equipment furnished shall be new from the manufacturer’s most current production and meet current industry standards and conform to the best quality of materials and workmanship. Accessories not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish complete systems ready for use, shall also be included and named. Salient Characteristics: • 48"x36" marking area and can house up to 12 ¼” thick material with changeable tables for cutting and engraving • Laser tube wattage Dual Source: 120 watts CO2 & 50 watts Fiber laser • Laser Tube Type: Dual Source • Lenses 4” assembly, replaceable lenses for more detailed cuts • Vector cutting table (grid style) • Fiber laser should be air cooled • Overhead positioning camera for positioning and job trace • Ability to add a rotary attachment and 3 jaw chuck • Includes all software • Electrical- 220/240 volts, 50 or 60 Hz, single phase 4. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The Product Supply Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 3449, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333517 with a size standard of 500 employees. 5. Offerors shall quote Firm Fixed Unit Prices for all line items shown on CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0007 in attached solicitation. Pricing shall be quoted as FOB Destination, with all shipping, packing and packaging charges included in the Firm Fixed Unit Prices for each item. All prices must be rounded to two decimal points. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449 using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. 7. System for Award Management: IAW FAR 4.1102(a), offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
