This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and pursuant to the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; The Georgia Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed priced purchase order for two (2) custom length metal roof carport with a Gable or A-Frame style roof with a minimum of 12 gauge metal. Carport will be 96 ft. in length, 24 ft. in width, and 19 ft. in depth, and a height clearance of 10 ft. in each bay. Vendors must quote lead time for product in quotation. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies required for delivery of this product. Freight should be included in the quotation and priced as FOB Destination. The Government will not be responsible for the product until it arrives at the specified delivery address. ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the attached RFI document. Questions not received within appointed time in the solictation may not be considered.***
