The Contractor must provision for the requested number of attendees’ lodging, meeting space and childcare to accommodate one (1) event, to ensure adequate space for learning and to meet the needs of the units within the Air National Guard. Contractor shall provide hotel rooming, meeting space rooms, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), and space for community partners, parking, and serve meals and snacks. The Contractor shall ensure there is a conducive learning environment/atmosphere at the event venue to support the Yellow Ribbon presentations and training. The Contractor shall also provide attendees with quality accommodations and identified support services. The Government is anticipating approximately 200 Attendees. The contractor will provide meeting rooms, meals and sleeping rooms. Most attendees will arrive on Saturday. Most attendees will depart on Saturday after 5 p.m. with a small group departing on Sunday. The contractor will provide sleeping room reservations only for Yellow Ribbon Staff.
