The Contractor shall complete the work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NAICS: 238210 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $16.5M. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on 10 August 2022 at 1300 (1pm EST). Prospective bidders who plan to attend the site visit shall submit the Visitor Worksheet to Kelly Hess at kelly.hess@us.af.mil by 1300 on 4 August 2022. Questions are due NLT 12 August 2022. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will be available prior to the contract award. The 166h Airlift Wing in New Castle, Delaware intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract. Construction services shall include all services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to replace and upgrade several building exterior lights. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 238210 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $16.5M The total contract duration is 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only on SAM and is anticipated to be posted on or about 18 July 2022. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to close on or about 18 August 2022. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
