This is a Non-Competitive (Notice of Intent) combined Synopsis Solicitation to Award a Contract or Purchase Order without providing for full or open competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed-price order for this requirement. The Delaware Air National Guard (DEANG) intends to negotiate with Mott MacDonald on a sole source basis to obtain Type C Services for the Roof of Building 2815 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This sole source is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the order must be issued on a sole-source basis due to circumstances of the action can only be fulfilled by one source reasonably available. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been approved and is attached to this notice. The requirement is intended as a sole source order to Mott MacDonald.
