This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties shall respond. The Delaware Air National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award a single contract for 36 blocks of Light Adaptable Airdrop Platform (LAAP) Reusable Energy Abatement Pads (REAP). This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or promise to issue a RFQ in the future. This request does not commit the Government to a contract. The Delaware Air National Guard is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. BACKGROUND - DESCRIPTION. The 166th is soliciting information on industry's capacity to fulfill a requirement to provide 36 blocks of 12x12 LAAP REAPs.
