Question 4: Are you expecting both the dryer and compressors to fit within the designated dimensions or is that specific for the compressor? Our quote has a stand-alone dryer that will be connected to the compressor. The specification you have sent we need to clarify to get the specific compressor for you as there are different brands that meets your specs but in different areas. Answer 4: We would like both dryer and compressor to fit in the dimensions given. It can hang off the pad long ways, but can’t extend past the width given. **************************AMENDMENT 01************************** The purpose of this amenedment is for the following: to extend the offerors due date from 10:00am Aug. 02nd, 2021 to 10:00am Aug 10th, 2021. To update the Dimensions- from (L x W x H) 72 x 36 x 68 inches to (L x W x H) 75 x 39 x 97 inches. The new measurements are of the total alloted space that the air compressor must fall under. To removal the removal portion of the request so that the request reflects the need to ONLY supply and install. Removal/disposal is no longer necessary. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Questions 1: Could you please provide the serial number of the existing unit? Answer 1: PY2495U10013 Question 2: Could you please advise if there is a forklift on-site? Answer 2: Yes there is a forklift on site that may be used. One day’s notice will be required in advanced if you wish to use it. Question 3: The equipment that is specified for replacement of the existing is Ingersoll Rand with dimensions of (L x W x H) - 72 x 36 x 68 inches. After discussions with air compressor suppliers, this equipment will not fit in the space. Please can you clarify: Will you accept alternate equipment and if so, do you have additional guidance on what would fit into the existing space? Currently, modifications would be required to all lines running above the air compressor in order to replace with the unit specified which would require us to account for additional budget in our estimate. Is that something you would like vendors to account for? Answer 3: Please see revised specifications. The dimensions were re-measured to be (L x W x H) 75 x 39 x 97 inches. The smaller pipes may be modified but the larger white pipes illustrated in the picture cannot be moved or modified.
