This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for the supply, delivery, and installation of an Overhead Fall Arrest System for the District of Columbia (DC) Air National Guard. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall remain valid for at least 90 days after solicitation close date. The delivery date for this requirement is 120 days from the contract award. Place of delivery and installation: Location: 3217 E Perimeter Rd Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 A site visit will be held on 18 July 2023 at 1000hrs at 3217 E Perimeter Rd Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. Submit names of all attendees to Captain Michael Mcdowell Jr. no later than 13 July 2023 at 1200hrs. All attendees will meet at 9:30am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 18 July 2023 in the Main Visitor Center, Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will be required to present the following information upon arrive: (1) vehicle registration, (2) valid driver’s license, (3) proof of insurance for vehicle, (4) safety inspection and/or car rental agreement if applicable. You will be asked to provide date of birth, last four digits of social security number, and citizenship information. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting Office. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. The deadline for submittal of questions regarding this solicitation is 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 20 July 2023.
