The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Strong Bonds Family Training ... The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Strong Bonds Family Training event as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The 113th District of Columbia Air National Guard (DCANG) is located at Camp Springs, MD. This Strong Bonds Family training event is a Chaplain lead event which provides airmen with necessary tools to deal with issues that all families face like communication, stress, and support (in addition to deployment and re-integration). Place and Performance of Services: TBD. Location shall be within 50 miles of Charlottesville, VA from 1200 on 14 August 2020 through 1500 on 16 August 2020. The specific services required are outlined in Paragraph 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement.
