Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for LUGGAGE for the District of Columbia (DC) Air National Guard. This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) W50S6W-20-Q-5041.
