The Contractor shall provide items in accordance with the attached documents in this solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The FSC/PSC assigned to this is 8415 - Clothing,Special Purpose and the NAICS assigned is 315250 Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturing (except Contractors) with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is set aside to allow only service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns to compete.
