This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 Effective August 10, 2022 4. This is set aside 100% for small business. 5. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 722320, and the associated size standard is $8M. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Contractor shall provide and serve catered meals to members of the 233rd Space Group.
