This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022 4. This solicitation is full and open. 5. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Contractor shall provide commercial lodging facilities for the Colorado Air National Guard (COANG), as defined in this Statement of Need (SON) and in compliance with the Department of Defense Lodging Adequacy Standards dated 18 December 2020. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsible offeror whose conforming offer will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and the offeror’s demonstrated ability to meet the Statement of Need. Award shall be based on the best value to the Government. The Government may award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed to be in the Government's best interest. NOTE: The Government will perform a comparative evaluation (comparing quotes to each other) to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors in this solicitation. No adjectival ratings will be assigned to the evaluation factors. Award will be based on price and other factors as listed above. The lowest priced offer may not necessarily represent the best value to the Government.
