THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS FULL AND OPEN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is incorporated below. Solicitation number W50S6V-21-Q-0009 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315280 with the small business size standard being 750 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Plate Carriers and Revision High Cut Helmets for the Colorado Air National Guard at Buckley AFB, CO as set forth in this document. Please reference solicitation # W50S6V-21-Q-0009 on all correspondence. The Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD AND PARTIAL AWARDS MAY BE MADE. Due Dates: Questions due by: 16 July 2021 @ 12:00 P.M. MST -Shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the points of contact listed below -Responses to questions will be provided as an update to the solicitation on Contract Opportunities Quotes due by 30 July 2021 @ 2:00 P.M. MST -Pricing shall be valid until 30 September 2021 -Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to the points of contact listed below Delivery: 30 Days after award of contract Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a Brand Name Only requirement in accordance with the attached justification. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. In accordance with AFARS 5132.7, no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-1(g) which is incorporated by reference, the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
