AMENDMENT 01: THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is incorporated below. Solicitation number W50S6V-21-Q-0002 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03 effective 16 February 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 with the small business size standard being 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Deployment Gear for the Colorado Air National Guard at Buckley AFB, CO as set forth in this document. Please reference solicitation # W50S6V-21-Q-0002 on all correspondence. The Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR Clause 52.232-18.
