The 195th Wing/Mission Support Contracting (195 WG/MSC) intends to issue multiple firm-fixed-price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. A BPA is a not binding contract, it is an agreement. As an agreement, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed in the agreement. A BPA is a charge account type instrument which will permit 195 WG/MSC to place orders directly with your firm or representative, using your established price list. Each agreement will establish a procedure for the fulfillment of our anticipated repetitive requirements. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choose to terminate the agreement provided a 30-day notification is given.
