The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gather information from potential sources to assist in determining the feasibility of the construction services required for the repair of Buildings 1 and 2 metal roof flashing at San Diego Air National Guard Station, and to identify potential sources capable of satisfying the requirement. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace existing counterflashing along the entire length of wall/roof interface, remove all existing old caulk from wall and perma-lock panel along entire length of wall, remove all debris under counterflashing and along entire wall. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Interested parties are requested to submit a brief capability statement that includes the following information: 1. A positive statement of intent to submit an offer as a prime contractor, 2. A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (see attachment), 3. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, for both government and private industry.
