NAICS Code: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Repair of 195th Operations Group (195 OG) Building 21 Roof, approximately 11,310 sq. ft., at Sepulveda Air National Guard Station (ANGS) at 15900 Victory Boulevard, Building 21, Van Nuys, CA 91406. The contract duration will be 75 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for HubZone. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 21 Jul 2023. The purpose of this project is to replace the entire roof of Building 21, located at Sepulveda ANGS. All roofing materials are to be installed and applied according to the manufacturer's specifications and instructions. The intent of the project is to replace the existing built-up roof (BUR) with an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) roofing system. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested parties are requested to submit a brief capability statement that includes the following information: A positive statement of intent to submit an offer as a prime contractor, A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (see attachment), A listing of projects completed during the past three years, for both government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact should be included.
