Answer 1: C-39 California roofing contractor license is a requirement for anyone charging over $500.00 for roofing services. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The purpose of this solicitation is to attain roof repair services for 3 buildings located in San Diego, California.
