Government response to request for information: Q1 - Do we need to guarantee availability for any dates? A1 – Yes, If reservation request is in compliance with the contract. Q2 - Can we include blackout dates? A2 - No Q3 - What happens if the reservation request is submitted, and we do not have availability? A3 - If you agree to the terms of the contract you are required to find a compliant lodging accommodation. Q4 - How accurate is the room block sample? A4 – The example is fairly accurate. Q5 - Can we offer a rate as NLRA? A6 - This is a firm fixed price contract. Contingencies are not acceptable. Scope: The contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations (single and double occupancy, non-smoking rooms) for authorized 195 Wing Air National Guard (CAANG) unit personnel while performing duty on Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) and Rescheduled Drill (RD) training status. RSD/RD status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals, but generally the requirement for lodging exists over the course of (2) days per month. Occasionally 4 consecutive days of lodging are required to accommodate super drills. Super drills are the combination of 2 months of drills. When this occurs the lodging for another month during the period of performance will be used consecutively.
