Amendment #1 – Lodging - Clarification of distribution of reservations The Government is requesting lodging arrangements for military personnel on the following dates for the months of September, October, and November 2021. The Government is also seeking a separate non-binding cost allocation for December lodging (should it be required). In certain cases, additional dates may be necessary that are not outlined below. The Government requests a standing lodging rate per room that can be utilized for these dates, valid through the entirety of the contract with the vendor. September: 10-11, October: -1-2, November: 5-6, Option: December: 3-4 The Government is seeking accommodations for military personnel with a minimum requirement of rooms specified below by month and site. The Government requests that facilities allow for overflow of up to five (5) additional rooms needed at each site at which point the Government will inform the facility 24 hours prior to stay that those rooms are necessary. Otherwise, the minimum requirement is all that needs to be accommodated for in the proposed price that vendors submit for in this solicitation. The Government is also seeking a separate non-binding cost allocation for December lodging (should it be required).
