This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237110 and the Small Business size standard is $39,5M. The award w ill be made to the responsible offeror whose off er conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Evaluation of offers will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
