The California Air National Guard intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for an HVAC replacement project in Building 122 at the 144th Fighter Wing, Fresno Air National Guard Base, covering removal and replacement of five rooftop HVAC units and four ductless mini-split systems. The work is a 100% small business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude between $200,000 and $350,000. Contractors must provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision, with additional details in the Statement of Work. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, 17 September at 0900 PDT at the west gate visitor parking lot, and is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
