The 144th Fighter Wing intends to issue a sole-source award to HCI Systems, Inc. for immediate repairs to fire alarm and suppression systems at Fresno Air National Guard Base. The required work, identified through recent inspections, includes maintaining fire pumps, replacing sprinkler components, and correcting proprietary fire alarm programming. The justification is that HCI possesses the unique system knowledge and proprietary access needed to perform the repairs without duplicating the diagnostic work, which would otherwise cause delays. This notice is an intent to award sole-source and not a request for quotes.
