Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. The 144 FW intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as 100% service-disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 and the Small Business size standard is $19M. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil; jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until September 30, 2024. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Amendments 1 and 2 Issued: Quoters must acknowledge SF30 amendments when submitting a quote. Amendment 3 Issued: Quoters must acknowledge SF30 amendments 1, 2, and 3 when submitting a quote. Site Visit Notice: A site visit will be available on 16 September 2024 at 9am. Approved participates shall meet at the West gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. All potential attendees must provide the following information per individual: 1. Name (Last, First Middle), 2. Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD), 3. Citizenship (U.S. or other), 4. DBIDS Code. Each visitor must receive a DBIDS generated alphanumeric code by completing pre-enrollment at https://dbids-global.dmdc.mil DBIDS pre-enrolment is a secure website that can be accessed by computer or phone and involves completing approx. 5 pages with PII. Have each representative save the DBIDS code upon completion. Email visitor information to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil. A background review will be performed and only participants that have been cleared by security will be allowed to attend the site visit. Visitor information must be provided 5 business days before the site visit. A foreign national requires 45 business days to review background.
