Request for Quote ... The 144 FW is requesting repair of fire alarm deficiencies and fire panel certification for multiple buildings located on the main base. Compatibility with a brand name is required. Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. The 144 FW intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited full and open with a NAICS of 561621. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil; jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until September 30, 2024. Site Visit Notice: A site visit will be available on 2 August 2024 at 9am. Approved participates shall meet at the West gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. All potential businesses must have attendees complete DBIDS pre-enrollment and have attendees listed on the base access form, section CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION. https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page A background review will be performed and only participants that have been cleared by security will be allowed to attend the site visit. Complete the base access form, consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code accompanied with QR code). A complete base access form must be provided by 25 July 2024 to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil for review. A foreign national requires 45 business days to review background. If a confirmation has not been provided contact our office prior to the site visit to verify base access. Notice to offerors: This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Update 1: An amendment, SF 30 has been issued to extend the due date. The amendment must be acknowledged by signing section 15A, B, C. Update 2 (Amendment 2): Updates have been made to the solicitation PWS. Amendment 1 and Amendment 2 must be acknowledged. Complete the SF 30 signature fields at 15a, b, c.
