The 144FW is requesting lodging services to support drill training. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, multiple award possible. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $40 million. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. All quotes must be sent to both Master Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid no less than 45 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Quoters shall complete, and include with its submission, the following: Price quote (SF1449). Schedule of Items with hotel names and addresses. Review section Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Quoters for full submission requirements. Amendment 1 Issued: Updates have been made to the solicitation. Amendment 1 must be acknowledged to be considered for award. The SF30 must be acknowledged by completing signature fields at 15a, b, c. Submit the SF30 with your quote.
