GENERAL: The 144th FW – Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking to renovate the alert quarters kitchen in BLDG 155 located at the 144th Fighter Wing. Additional details are included in the provided Statement of Work, which is included in the Standard Form (SF) 1442. The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary. This solicitation W50S6T24Q0011 is 100% set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) IAW FAR 19.1405. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in the quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $45.0M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). NOTICE OF SITE VISIT: Site visits will be available on a per appointment basis, and all interested parties are encouraged to schedule these early in the RFQ process to allow for proper planning and coordination.
