This solicitation has been updated to service fire alarm panels. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted, full and open. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. All quotes must be sent to both Master Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Evaluation: The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2, “Evaluations of Quotations or Offers”. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive offer. Options may be exercised in any order. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until October 31, 2023. Site Visit: A site visit will be available on Thursday, 7 September 2023 at 0800. Meet at the West gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. Business managers must request attendance two days before the site visit and provide a list of representatives that will be attending. The attendee list must include the following per individual; Fname, Lname, Driver License Number, Citizenship. Amendment 1 Issued: Updates have been made to the solicitation. Amendment 1 must be acknowledged to be considered for award. The SF30 must be acknowledged by completing signature fields at 15a, b, c. Submit the SF30 with your SF1449 quote. A SF1449 solicitation conform copy is also attached to clarify updates.
