A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract(s) will be awarded to the offeror(s) that represents the best value to the Government. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336999 and the Small Business size standard is Number of Employees: 1000. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. All quotes must be sent to both Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid for no less than 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Amendment 1 & 2: Amendments have been issued requiring submission of two SF30s. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract available per line item. A single or multiple award is possible to the offeror(s) whose quote represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with any factors and subfactors in the solicitation. An offeror shall complete, and include with its submission, the following: Price quote (SF1449). When completing the SF 1449 be sure to complete block 17a with your Cage Code, complete signature blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. Price(s) must be provided per item and totaled per CLIN(s). Warranty terms. Amendments 1 and 2 (SF30s). Amendments 1 and 2 must be acknowledged by completing signature blocks 15a, b, c. If submitting an equivalent item provide brand and model specifications. All fill-in provisions must be provided unless they are addressed in your yearly SAM registration. The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2, “Evaluations of Quotations or Offers”. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive offer.
