The 144FW ANG is seeking a roof replacement and upgrade at building 130 of approximately 12,777 sq. ft. to a 60mil PVC membrane roof system. The solicitation W50S6T-23-B-0005 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $19M. The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). All firms or individuals responding must be registered at System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 12 April 2023. Paper copies will not be available.
