The 144th Fighter Wing, Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking asphalt road and parking lot repairs near our missile storage area (MSA). This solicitation W50S6T-21-Q-0032 is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 and the size standard is $39.5M. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation and submission requirements shall be reviewed on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 1442. Review instructions to quoters section 5 for specific submission requirements. Paper copies will not be available. You should download the solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site (www.sam.gov) frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The Government shall provide all contract payments through EFT in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Payment Instructions. Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. California Military Department COVID-19 guidelines will be followed when on base. Masks shall be in contractor’s possession and mask instruction will be provided if required. All attendees must email their intention to participate in the site visit.
