The 144th Fighter Wing, Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking LED lighting upgrades in various facilities at the Fresno Air National Guard Base. This solicitation W50S6T-22-Q-0011 is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 and the size standard is 16.5M. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation and submission requirements shall be reviewed on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 1449. Review instructions to offerors section 5 for specific submission requirements. Paper copies will not be available. You should download the solicitation and email your quote. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site (www.sam.gov) frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The Government shall provide all contract payments through EFT in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Payment Instructions. Submitted offers shall be valid for 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Notice of Site Visit: An organized site visit will be conducted on 6 July 2022 at 0900 (9:00 am). Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. California Military Department COVID-19 guidelines will be followed when on base. Masks shall be carried.
