The 144FW intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-22-Q-0006, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract or contracts for the service “Lodging to Support Drill Training” to support the Fresno Air National Guard Base. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $35 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The purpose of this requirement consists of contractor to provide lodging to support regularly scheduled drills (RSDs) and rescheduled drills (RDs) from May 2022 to August 2022 with an option to extend services to April 2023. A single vendor or multiple vendors may be selected for award. Partial quotes may be considered until the necessary capacity is fulfilled. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 5 April 2022 at 1500 hours (3:00 pm) Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). All quotes should be sent to both Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid for no less than 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Offeror shall complete, and include with its submission, the following: Price quote (SF1449).
