The 144th Fighter Wing, Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking a safety bumper and beam system to protect aircraft and personnel during closure of the hangar door. This solicitation W50S6T-21-Q-0034 is unrestricted, full and open. The entire solicitation and submission requirements shall be reviewed on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 1449. Paper copies will not be available. You should download the solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site (www.sam.gov) frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The Government shall provide all contract payments through EFT in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Payment Instructions. PIEE: WAWF registration should be completed on the following website https://piee.eb.mil/ upon contract award. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to our group email. Reference the contract notice ID number. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid for 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Notice of Site Visit: An organized site visit will be conducted on 22 September at 0900 (9:00 am). Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. California Military Department COVID-19 guidelines will be followed when on base. Masks shall be worn when addressing the West Gate. All attendees must email their intention to participate in the site visit.
