The 144FW intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-21-Q-0022, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for the service “Drill Lodging August 2021 to February 2022” to support the Fresno Air National Guard Base. 144FW intends to award without discussions or negotiations. Offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $35 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The purpose of this requirement consists of contractor to provide lodging to support regularly scheduled drills (RSDs) and rescheduled drills (RDs) from August 2021 to February 2022. Quantity of nights are estimated. Multiple vendors may be selected for award. Partial quotes may be considered until the necessary capacity is fulfilled. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 22 July 2021 at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). All quotes should be sent to both Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
