The 144FW MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-21-Q-0016, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a service to “Connect Electrical Panel to Generator” at Fresno Air National Guard Base (FANGB) in Fresno, CA. Award will be made to the lowest price, responsible offeror. The Government intends to select one contractor, however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The period of performance (POP) for this requirement is 7 June 2021 to 13 Aug 2021 and performance must be completed within 30 working days. (Attachment, W50S6T21Q0016 SF1449 RFQ). The purpose of this requirement is to put the front desk of bldg.194 onto generator power by moving panels MJ and R3 onto the S panel connected to the backup generator. A site visit will be conducted on 20 May 2021 at 0900 (9:00 am). Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. COVID protocols shall be followed and masks shall be worn when addressing the West Gate. All attendees must email their intention to participate in the site visit.
