The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction replacement of flooring in buildings 122, 194, & 225. Flooring replacement includes removal of existing flooring materials such as vinyl tile and carpet. Flooring installation includes the installation of carpet tile, vinyl floor tile, and ceramic tile in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). Furniture moving must also be quoted to facilitate flooring replacement. The construction/contract duration is 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) to include inspection, which provides adequate time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238330, with a size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The project is set-aside for small business. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 8 September 2020 at 9:00am. Contractors will meet at the West gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. There are two gates off McKinley Ave. The West gate is located next to aircraft displays off McKinley Ave closer to the cross street, Peach Ave. All perspective contractors will be escorted from the West gate parking lot to the site location(s). When the site visit is concluded contractors will be escorted off base by military personnel. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed when on base. Masks shall be worn when entering the base, addressing the security gate and entering buildings. Social distance guidelines will be followed. All attendees must e-mail their intention to participate in the site visit. Send an e-mail to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez (jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil) and inform who will be attending the site visit. This information should be provided in advance, three (3) business days prior to the site visit meeting.
