The 144th FW – Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking asphalt construction on and near the base flight line. The purpose of this project is to repair 1' - 7' wide upheaval of asphalt caused by movement of the apron, and to widen road access over the SE corner of BLDG 100 by 5’. Additional details are provided as attachments. This solicitation W50S6T-20-Q-6026 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 and the small business size standard is $39.5M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). The period of performance is 60 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available. SITE VISITS: Site visits can be arranged through the contact listed in FAR 52.236-27 of the Standard Form (SF) 1442. Additional details are also provided in section 00100, paragraph 4 of the SF 1442. Due to COVID-19, attendance should be limited to only necessary personnel. Standard COVID-19 protocols will be followed during the site visit. Face coverings shall be worn when entering the base, when indoors, and when individuals are within six (6) feet of each other. Visitors will supply their own face coverings. Social distancing guidelines will be followed whenever practicable. PLEASE NOTE: Anyone experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks prior to the visit will be denied entry. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): Funds are not presently available for this project. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to midnight EST 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
