The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction and repair of a light pole near the main gate. A pre-existing light pole was hit by an automobile and totaled. The previous light pole was removed. A damaged conduit tube in a planter box dominantly surrounded by dirt remains. Construction/repair shall be in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). The construction/contract duration is 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) to include inspection, which provides adequate time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, with a size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is set-aside for small business. All quoters must list DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer. Notice to quoters: The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Submitted quotations shall be valid for 60 days after the closing date of the RFQ. When returning the solicitation (standard form 1442), please complete the following: 1.
