The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Effective 17 January 2025. (i) The solicitation number is: W50S6S25QA008 and is being issued as an (RFQ). (ii) Tentative date for issuance of this solicitation: 12 May 2025 (iii) Contracting Office Address: 6620 S Air Guard Way, Tucson, Arizona 85706 (iv) This requirement: will be solicited full and open, the PSC is 3695, the associated NAICS code is 333248. All responsible vendors may submit a quote. (v) Contract Line Items (CLINS): will be listed as 0001. (vi) CLIN 0001- will be for the complete VF4 CNC Milling Machine to include labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation with fuel, incidentals and subcontracting if applicable necessary to accomplish all the work involved as necessary to Supply and install. (vii) Quantity and Unit of Measure: 1 VF4 CNC Milling Machine, Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (viii) FOB: Destination, installation to be performed at Morris Air National Guard (162D Wing), Tucson, Arizona.
