The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, Effective May 30, 2024. (i) The solicitation number is: W50S6S24RA001 and is being issued as an (RFP). (ii) Tentative date for issuance of this solicitation: 24 July 2024 (iii) Site Visit- A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 01 Aug 2024. (iv) Contracting Office Address: 6620 S Air Guard Way, Tucson, Arizona 85706 (v) This requirement: will be solicited full and open, the PSC is 7110, the associated NAICS code is 337211. All responsible vendors may submit a quote. (vi) Contract Line Items (CLINS): will be organized from 0001-0003. (vii) CLIN 0001- will be for the complete furniture package, CLIN 0002- will be for installation, and CLIN 0003- will be is for shipping. (viii) Quantity and Unit of Measure: furniture for 40 rooms, Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (ix) FOB: Destination, installation to be performed at Morris Air National Guard (162D Wing), Tucson, Arizona. (x) Scope of Work: This project is located at building 01, Morris Air National Guard Base, Tucson AZ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish all the work involved to design, deliver, setup, and install office furniture.
