The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Alter the scope of the original Performance Work Statement to the following: Section 1.0 “22 March 2024 – 23 March 2024 within 30 miles of Tucson, AZ” (removing Phoenix as an acceptable venue location). Section 1.4.1 “within 30 miles of Tucson, AZ” (removing Phoenix as an acceptable venue location). Section 5.1 reduced number of sleeping rooms to 25 sleeping rooms on 22 March 24 and increased sleeping rooms to 15 on 23 March 24 for a total of 40 sleeping rooms. 2. Extend the Solicitation response due date to Feb 8, 2024, 2:00 pm MST to allow for offerors to adjust their quotes. Interested offerors should reference W50S6S24Q0006- Statewide Yellow Ribbon Event Solicitation v.4 for the most current Solicitation and accompanying PWS. Revised Quotes must be submitted by 2:00 pm MST on February 8, 2024, to the Point(s)-of-Contact (POC) identified in the Solicitation.
