This announcement fulfills all requirements of FAR part 5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, Effective December 30, 2022 (i). The solicitation number is W50S6S23R0001 and is being issued as an (RFP). (ii). Contracting Office Address: 6620 S Air Guard Way, Tucson, Arizona 85706 (iii). This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business, the associated NAICS code is 621340 and the small business size standard is $11 Million. (iv). Contract Line Items (CLINS) are organized from 0001-0002 base year with four option years. (v). CLINS 0001 is for the services of an Athletic Trainer, 0002 is for the services of a Strength and Conditioning Coach (vi). Quantity and Unit of Measure: 12 months, Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (vii). FOB: Destination, Work to be performed at Morris Air National Guard (162D Wing), Tucson, Arizona. (viii). Scope of Work: The purpose of this requirement is to place specialists in close proximity to aircrew to provide an increase in the physical capacity of fighter aircrew, while decreasing the rate of injuries, accelerating return to duty, and improve the quality of life.
