(i) The solicitation number is W50S6S22Q0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, Dated 10 Sep 2021. (iii) This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 333923 with a 1,250 Employee size standard. (iv) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s); Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
