Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *** This solicitation is hereby amended (Amendment 00002) to incorporate DFARS clause 252.204-7022 - Expediting Contract Closeout.*** All other requirements remain unchanged. (2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S-21-Q-0014 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
