The purpose of this amendment is make a correction in the notice ID from Notice ID W50S6S-22-W-0026 to Notice ID W50S6S-22-Q-0026. The 162d Wing currently has a requirement for reoccurring Flameholder Repair & Inspections. Interested offerors capable of fulfilling the designated Flameholder Repair & Inspections are permitted to respond electronically via email. Interested vendors MUST complete the solicitation in its entirety and email the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed quote in order to be considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Part 13, as supplemented with additional addendum information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web site for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. BPA’s will be established with the contractor determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336413, "Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing," with a size standard of 1250 EMP. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Government reserves the right and may award based solely on information contained in the quote and is not obligated to seek completion or clarification if the original quote is unclear. The 162d Wing intends to evaluate quotations and issue agreements based on the initial quotations received. The initial quotation should contain the best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Contracting Officer will not establish a competitive range, conduct discussions, or otherwise use the procedures described at FAR 15.306. The 162d Wing does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The 162d Wing is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
